Education Consultant

Mary Stone manages the university entrance advisory service and private interview technique consultations at UCA. She coaches young people on appropriate higher education choices and supports them with their application. Prior to this, she worked at a leading headhunting firm, Odgers Berndtson, for five years where she specialised in board appointments and career development. During that time, Mary gained an understanding of what makes a candidate stand out from the crowd, what potential employers look for and how to excel at interview. This has been invaluable for Mary’s work with school leavers at UCA and in helping them articulate their ambitions for the future.

Mary feels passionate about education and helping young people achieve their goals. She has tutored A levels and graduated from Worcester College, Oxford with a first class honours degree in Theology in 2004.
