Shan holds the British Psychological Society’s Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, is a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Careers Counselling Services Licensee, and MBTI and NEO P-I-R qualified. 

Since 2007 she has been a Governor of three academies, which form part of the David Ross Education Trust: Havelock Academy, Grimsby; Malcolm Arnold Academy, Chair of Governors 2013-2014, Northampton; and Charnwood College, Loughborough.

As a Career Coach, Shan works with young adults seeking to discover potential career paths that align with their interests and personality, and utilises their strengths and abilities in order to channel them into the world of work.

Offering inspirational and pragmatic coaching to finding work that both satisfies you and brings in an income, Shan uses a broad approach including psychometric profiling, coaching tools and techniques, in order to determine appropriate and fulfilling career paths. In addition, Shan's wide experience and training enables her to present possibilities that may never have occurred to you.

For those already in the workplace, Shan motivates and supports you to shine, gain promotion, or take a different route entirely if that suits your individual skills and abilities more closely.
